Defenseman Ryan Grimshaw of Greece was named Team USA's Player of the Game following a 4-1 victory over Germany in the quarterfinals of the World U-18 Championships at Kazan, Russia on Sunday.
Grimshaw, who plays for the U.S. National Team Development Program in Ann Arbor, Mich., is headed to Harvard next season.
Grimshaw and forward Jordan Schroeder led the team in plus-minus rankings with a plus-7 before Sunday's game.
David Wohlberg scored the winning goal at 4:38 of the second period and Brandon Maxwell made 20 saves.
